starting my CT70 project.....check it out

OK, so not too much yet but I just started stripping it down and cleaning stuff up and getting a list of what I am going to need and getting stuff ordered. What I have is a pretty nice shape 1972 (I think) CT70, red in color. What I plan on doing is getting the Lifan 70cc auto clutch motor from DRatv ( http://www.dratv.com/li70aucl7.html )and putting that in with their wire harness adapter and stuff. One question I have allready is this: is that motor ready to go for the lights and stuff or do I need some other stuff for the light to work (only really worried about the headlight for now). also on their site it lists 3 things for the swap:
http://www.dratv.com/ctsubcdiwiha.html
http://www.dratv.com/12vrerepikea.html
http://www.dratv.com/6voregre.html

can anybody think of anything else I would need.

Thanks guys and I will get some pics up of what I got so far and periodically as I get some stuff done.

Nick,
You will have to convert your electrical system to 12V if you intend to have the lights work, the original CT70 electrical system is only 6V. I would doublecheck with Z88R, I seem to recall him making mention to someone about upgrading the wiring harness, to prevent frying the 6V system.

on dratv.com it says about using their 6V regulator/rectifier and keeping the 6V system.

I may be wrong, but I don't think you can use a 6V regulator/rectifier with a 12V engine, I also think the DRATV 6V regulator is to be used with the stock 6V engine, to prevent power surges and/or dimming headlights when letting off the throttle.
