My Mood: | Swingarm bushing replacement
What experience does anyone have on replacing the original swingarm bushing in a Lifan CT70 clone? The stocker has 200 miles on it and the arm moves around way too much. Bolt is tight. I looked for a Honda O.E. bushing but the fiche doesn't show the bushing as a separate item. Any ideas? |

Pivot Works makes a swingarm bearing kit for the XR/CRF 50/70, if you post up the inner diameter of the CT70 swingarm, I can measure the same on one of my XR50s, and see if they are the same. Pivot Works Kit Last edited by dirtbkr188; 05-07-2008 at 12:57 PM. Reason: added photo |

Honda part # 52108-081-000 (still available through Honda) should work for you. It's the replacement bushing for old Z50's which also happens to be the same dimensions as the pivot works kit Tim just mentioned. The bushing size is 23 X 28mm. I have a set of each here. I'm going to try to retrofit the pivot works kit in my fancy CT swinger.
