There is a considerable difference in tail light design for US and Canadian model Z50's.
The Canadian models have reflectors on the forks and a bigger tail light than the US models.

Yup, the rear taillight is sold unser CT70 at Classic Honda, but it seems to be OE on my Z50, weird lol.

SprNtrl's bike is a Cdn model (looking good

thx for letting me use your pic!). The Cdn model uses front fork reflectors and the larger tail light.
Mine is a Cdn model with a US tail light.
I have seen a few other Cdn models with the same large back tail light.

What's the extra hole for in the center of the fender about halfway between the taillight and the rear of the fender? I just bought a new chrome fender from TB and it has the hole, but my original k5 fender didn't have it.

It's for the mount on the JDM taillamp assembly that isn't used on the US models.

Front fork reflectors tell you it is a Cdn model. I can't see the tail light that well but if it is bigger and more square than mine you have the Cdn tail light.

Your's is the US style tail light... its got a clear under side to light up a number plate... mine is solid red and doesn't have the clear section for the number plate and more square which tmas is calling the CDN models..

edit note: mine does have a clear section for the number plate light.

Tmas , On JayN's bike your most likely right his is a CDN has reflectors on the side of the rear light...
