| TB 50 Based Rocker Head?
Does anyone know if Trailbikes is going to be producing a 50-based rocker head? I love my takegawa one so much but don't want to drop that much money on my other motor. The bbr based head does ok, but I think I can do better. Anyone? |

I'm not even sure I understand what he's asking. Rocker head? You mean roller rocker? I'm not sure what I'm missing.

Yeah he is after a v2 crf50 head, if those guys say it isn't happening then it isn't. Takegawa R-stage head is really nice, I switched from the BBR head to the r-stage and noticed a nice difference.

Yes...I missed that in the description....I meant Roller Rocker head. I have a full Takegawa 124+r setup in one CT70 In my other CT70 I have a custom 128cc setup, running a BBR 25/22 valved head. Although the quality of the bottom end components are quite similiar, the top ends are quite different. And even though I have 4 more cc in one build, I have hit 80mph on my Takegawa build and only 70mph on the other one. SInce everyone claims its all in the head, perhaps a rocker head with bigger valves will work better. Well, i guess its not happening, so I'll have to live with it. |

Sorry fatcaaat, Mike has no future plans of a roller rocker 50 head. It is all in the head but the advantage the +R has is the aggressive cam profiles and larger valves. You can put larger valves in other heads though and custom grind cams can be had but they still won't match the lift profiles a roller allows.

That's too bad. A single casting could be drilled for Honda or China stud pattern.

Post all the bs "funny" stuff you want in threads that are already set for that but don't start moving it over to informational threads or you'll be taking a break from the boards. I know you're trying to be funny but we don't need information being cluttered with bullsh*t got it.

So let it die. Don't turn it into a joke thread.
