sure look like it to me. looks like its just the lowers though Take them out and set them on a flat surface. |

Looks like a pretty good deal even with forks bent. If its not rusted up which it doesn't appear to be you shouldn't have to spend more than $500-600 dollars or so from what I can see to get it looking good again. Remember, these things only increase in value.
