What pressure are you running for the street with stock rims and tubes for the CT70?

wow 11!!!! lol. So I would be good to say. 11-8 psi. First time dealing with a street tube and just wanted to find the old sweet spot

I'd be running 20-25 psi. Run the same pressure you'd run in any other street tire.
