Hey, are there any must have tools to do repairs/upgrades to the motors in a z50? I have all the basic tools just looking for info on pullers, special sockets or anything else that might be needed. I did a search and didnt find anything. Im new with these bikes so I dont know much.

Clutch nut tool and flywheel puller are the only "special" tools you'll need.

Get an owners manual..The best tool you can possibly have. IT teels you what tools you need, all the hardware torques, percise measurements, and how to take appart youre youre bike and put it back together. The main tools I use when Im working on my bike are wrenches. weather it be a torque wrench, ratchet wrenches, or an adjustable wrench Im always usin them.

Gotta have a flywheel puller. The 6 in 1 works for me. Check out sportingforless.com and pitposse.com

Go to a pawn shop - but a cheapie $.50 Craftsman socket - hit it with the dremel or die grinder and you have a clutch socket. Worked well for me...
