Turn Signal Relays - which one?

When I put turn signals on my CT70 I went to pep boys for the wire and grabbed a flasher relay.

Now that I have my 150cc lifan 12v power sorted out, my turn sigs only work when the bike is first started (everything is running from a 12v 4Ah Lead Acid Battery. They will also work when above idle.

Is there a recommended flasher 12v for bikes?

I believe the issue with my flasher now is that it's Heavy Duty marketed for RV's and Trailers..DOH! The flasher must be drawing too much current.

I need to figure this out cuz I want to eventually get one of the LCD speedos. Im affraid If i buy one, I will find that I can't power it.

What wattage are your turnsignals? Your relay needs to match.

some one linked me led turn signals that work regarless of wattesat thesuperbright led store or some such name.
