| what head for 50cc class
Im going to start racing my '94z50. It seems less torquey than the new crf50s. Id like to put a different head, cam so that im not cheating. Id like to get some better suspension too, any suggestions

well depending on what you can use... you might have some options.. the CRF is more torquey because it has a higher compression ratio from the factory and teh primarty gear reduction from the crank is greater. you could throw in a CRF piston and head... then use a CRF clutch adn primary gear to make it a bit more snappy.. not sure if you have many options on ignition boxes or not on that electrical system but you will have the option of running the HC piston for the stock fCRF ( i think powrol makes it but not sure) |
