| What year is this CT70 engine?
I have a 4 speed CT70HE engine with a serial # CT70HE-114046. What year exactly would this be? A 1970 or 1971? Looking at a identification guide it is not specific enough for me to determine which year it is. No frame just an engine to go by. Thanks for any insight. |

That's about as specific as it gets...70/71 CT70H. I'm not sure what the distinct cutoff is, but essentially it is for a K0 H-model. What are your intentions for it? I have a frame here looking for one of those!

Well actually I plan on shoving it under my workbench with my other spare z50 and ct70 engines. When I bought this non-running 1971 Honda CT70 for $150.00 the seller threw in this engine for free.

My Mood: | Re: What year is this CT70 engine? Well thats lucky more so if you also got a title with it. Rebuild the ct70h engine and put it in the 71 frame.
