The stock size carb is 13mm, thats the best all around carb if you keep it 50cc. If you want to run a 24mm carb you could run a 88 race head but it will still be mostly topend, a 24mm carb works the best all around on a 108. |

Yeah, if you are going to run a 24mm I would recommend you use on an 88cc w/ a race head and cam or go over 100cc w/ an E22 head. My gpx 124 comes stock w/ only a 22mm. If I ported the head and added a cam I would go up to a 24mm or 26mm. The 24mm would be way overkill on the 49cc though.

Dratv carries a 15 and a 16mm carb if you really want to upgrade, but I wouldn't go bigger than that.

If you have a race head 88 yes, stock head i wouldnt recomend it. Even with the race head the 24mm carb would really only work on a race motor with a inner rotor. Quick question, why are you so determined to use a 24mm carb? |

I run stock carb for my 88, because i believe that the smaller holoe allows a better mixture because the air is going by so fast. Im just messing, but it sorta seems to make sxense.
