| Why is gas pouring out of my carb?
I just got this z50 and haven't done anything to the motor yet. When I put it back together after painting it, gas pours out of the flow tube from the carb after I run it for a while. I tried adjusting the set screws, but the only way to get it to stop eventually was to turn the petcock off. Any hints? All stock, although I did replace the throttle cable and grips.

Your float might be stuck. Take out the float pin and blow compressed air into it to make sure there is no dirt in there.

Float valve is stuck. pull the float and valve pin out and blast it with some carb cleaner.
