Will 10cc make a diff???????

Thinking about yet another engine upgrade what i have now isn't enough. I'm at 120cc now and if get this,

Honda Trail Bikes

assuming the stroke is really 54mm then it will put me at 137.81

http://us.st12.yimg.com/us.st.yimg.c...2052_129609533

also does the TB cdi make a noticeable power increase i'll get it any way but, was curious.

or maybe there is something all together i can do for yet another wild power increase i guess i'm dead set on 60 some odd mph, guess i feel i really have to show people mini doesn't mean slow.

Oh i'm looking for a stock k4/5/6 z50 head light bucket and maybe the J style do i need a different hub for a J speedo cable how does it work? Reason being the cl70 setup is a sealed bulb so i can't switch out to 12v

Re: Will 10cc make a diff???????

Carb is likely a hold-back-er. 26mm "real" mm of venturi will open it up.

I don't know for sure what you'd have for a bore of pin size, and wouldn't trust anything but an actual measurement before buying parts.

Tbparts.com sells the headlamp buckets.

J1 style speedo buckets are not cheap. You can purchase an aftermarket 12V unit (J1 style) that comes with the lense and 12V bulb for $150.00

Your run the same hub and get either an 8" or 10" speedo drive and cable that replace the left side spacer if you want to run a speedo.

Easy mod if you have the budget for it.

Ooooh. Not a lot of good pistons for 14mm pin and BV head. TB one will be low compression. Akunar has some good options. I just did a 55mm one with a big nasty dome.

Re: Will 10cc make a diff???????

How much is that piston will it ping when the valves kiss the piston or will it clear? I got the Ahp piston in it now not very noticeable increase of power it's harder to start, i was wondering if that is becasue the stock cam has auto decompress and had some metal clicker thing on it that click against little metal bump on the cam i put the clicker back in any ways cause it seemed to also act asa shim for the rockers.

as far as lights migh/would have been cheaper to go 6v but what they hey mightas well junp on the band wagon and go 12v this bike gets more and more expensive.

blinkers will be 80 bucks and still have to divise a way to mount them up front plus a rear rack will be super expsinse too.

Re: Will 10cc make a diff???????

Piston is under $30, but shipping is steep from Thailand. Ends up at aboot $60. It's made for the Lifan BV head, so it clears fine. Clay it up, anyhow, of course. Shouldn't ping on pump premium. Should be able to find a take-off alloy jug for almost free, and have it bored.

I meant a jug somebody took off to put on a 146, or something. They're out there, and near free.

Akunar.com, if you wanna order direct. Pretty easy to deal with. Doops will have a performance report on a similar combo, as soon as he stops dunking dollars and starts spinning wrenches...
