wire restraints in ct70 frame cavity?

Hi all,

In the process of rebuilding my 78 ct70 and saw a picture somewhere on the forum inside the frame cavity below the battery box that appeared to have some restraints for the wiring harness that tied it to the frame on the back inside. Perhaps some of you with a bit more knowledge can tell me if that was a stock Honda thing or maybe added by the owner. Makes sense to tie down whatever is in there from movement if possible.

Thanks!

They are in there from the factory. I have a bare frame at home. I'll see if I can get a pic.
