Looks good Hey not sure if you are into it or not but ive been wondering how much extending a z effects wheelies. I have a friend that stunts the piss out of his Z and ive been trying to talk him into a +2 or +4 setup on his Z. he thinks he wont be able to wheelie it the same. But I think he will get used to it and in the end it will work better for him. So any before and after mod thoughts on wheelies would be nice. Pic of my buddies setup. |

Keep an eye on your frame , mine wallowed out on the sprocket side. My welder fixed it with a wrist pin from a 450 piston.

[QUOTE] I think it will just be overall harder to wheelie. You can get used to it but it puts your center of gravity in a differnet place because of the longer wheel base and you will need to go higher up to get to the balance point. I would not recommend it if that's all he does is stunt the bike. I can't see any benefits he would get out of it but I could be wrong. I know when i put the longer frame and swing arm on my bike it was alot harder to do balance wheelies, but made regular riding alot more stable on dirt that is. |

I'd say for the stunter don't extend the swingarm. Only do that for dirt. Nice to see that swingarm on. I have two of them sitting in my garage.

I dont want to grind my frame. Or buy really long shocks. I think I'm going to try grinding down the swingarm a little to make it fit and then weld on another shock mount so I can use my xr70 shocks still.
