Does anybody know a good truck company to ship a 110, uncrated? I've seen some people say they'll ship FedEx, but I'm guessing that needs to be in a crate? What's cheapest?

You need to at least have it on a skid for anybody besides a bike shipper to take it. If I was going to ship a 110 I would build a small skid tye it down and plastic wrap it. As for which company I would go through DHL they are the most economical and I think they have the best service

Ahh, I don't think the guy shipping it has access to a skid, that's the problem. Thanks for the info though, now I know. $500 from California to Idaho for a motorcycle shipping company, that's crazy.

check and see if ya'll are close to a ForwardAir station. they are great for shipping bikes and even have crate stations. just take the bike there and they have crates for you to ship it in.

Try www.uship.com, don't need a skid, they carry in a trailer usually... I've had good luck 2 times.
