Is .02mm and .03mm to tight? what happends if it runs to tight?

When the engine gets hot, the valve will grow which takes up your valve tappet clearance. If it's to tight the valve with actually stay open. I set my intake at .002 and the exhaust at .003 with the flat tappet heads.

I have a tb racehead on mine. do you think it will be fine?

I set my intake at a tight .003 and exhaust at .003. Works great for me.

Not with that tight a clearance. If you are gonna use mm, it should be .05mm in and .07 for the exhaust.
