My Mood: | bbr rear disc help!!!!!!!!!
hey guys my buddys bbr brake system on his v2 perimiter bike is acting up. when you hit the brakes some times it doesnt work and other times the brakes will lock up and stay locked utill you pic the lever back up.the kick starter rubs on the brake pedal, and the angle of the rear master doesnt look right. But the bolts on the frame dont move.. any help would be great. thanks tj |

It looks like you are running the wrong brake pedal arm for your set-up. The main pedal is correct but the removable arm on the rear of it looks wrong. Thats why the pedal/plunger is not lined up properly with the master cylinder. It more then likely binding things up in the master. From the photos it looks like a V3 frame with a V2 disc pedal arm. If you get the correct pedal arm it will line things up and possibly help with your issues. You need # 550-KLX-1350. The master cylinder position was changed on the V3 frame to improve brake pedal feel.
