| CLUTCH help!!!
I have a TB 160 kit with a 28mm carb and a hydro clutch. I intstalled the 160 kit and carb and it runs awesome. I installed the clutch and the clutch removal spacer and rode it 3 or 4 times and now have a problem with the kick starter engaging and clutch slipping but only at high rpm's. At low Rpm's like in 1st it will pull and throw roost but as soon as i do a holeshot and shift up to second it starts slipping. So I pulled the clutch cover off. No signs of slipping on the primary drive gear area. Clutch plates dont look too bad. So then I pulled the hydro cover off and it has air in the line so i've been trying too blead it again and it just keeps getting air in the line. Any ideas on how? The Cylinder moves and everything but i was wondering if air would keep it from returning all the way into the cylinder. Any suggestions would help. I'm hoping to race this Sunday.
