| Crankcase pressure/blow by question
I recently rebuilt my other 110 with a new jug, piston and rings. Started it for the first time last night. I havent got the counter sprocket back on yet and noticed its pushing a little oil out around the shaft the behind where the sprocket would be. If you place your hand over it you can feel the air coming from around the seal. I let the bike idle for about 20min before I noticed it. The vent tube is new so I know its not stopped up. Does the seal need replaced or have the rings just not seated? |

i would think that seal was bad. . . i had a cr250 that blew oil out from behind the sprocket. . didnt notice any air tho. dont know if that is any help lol. i wouldnt think the rings should let any air through.
