Stock head with stock manifold I would start with a 150 main, 22.5 pilot and needle in the 4th clip. That is the baseline settings that I always start with. |

Ya but the TB VM26mm carb is a different carb (sorta) emusion tubes. Jets way different that a "two bros" VM26. I had no luck going that low on the main w/ my ole carb. My ole tb kit ran the best w/ the 190M and 22.5 pilot can't remeber the clip position though. probally could have gotten by w/ dropin the pilot to a 20 or maybe even a 17.5. Just my two Pennies Eric SPM-Racing

Yes you are correct. There are a couple different 26mm carbs out there. Some do start with a 180 main jet as a base line and some others will run with a 150 main. geezzzz.... I'm sorry

I had to make a spacer for the inside of the boot so that there wasn't a big step between all 3 pieces. I really don't recommend it for a tight inside track ( at lease with the engines that I've done cuz they where actually too fast ) PM if you are serious about it I can help you with the set up.

We use the same VM26 - 606 series as BBR and Motohp as well as many others. I think some people are confusing it with the VM26 - 8074 series which we have never sold and is different - Its slightly cheaper, but not a good choice for your 4 stroke pitbike. Main jet on 606 can be 150 too - depends on your setup/situation
