| klx 110 split case
I looked at the service manual, but I dont understand what needs to be removed from the right side of the engine if anything to split the case, please help

you have to take off the clutch cover and take the clutch all apart but if you contact my friend racemx100 in my friends he could prolly tell ya somethimg about it

get the Cyclepedia Press LLC online manual and you will have a better shot at completing this task

I have the cyclepedia, and kawasaki service manual, im just not sure what to take off, the manuals just take everything off, but it doesnt seem like you have to take everything off for this task. if anyone has done this before I would appriciate some input thank you all for the help and advice

You will need to remove the clutch basket, centrifugal clutch,shift mechanism, shift star and the kick start shaft. You can leave everything on the ignition side but you will need to remove the cover to get to the case screw behind the flywheel. It also has to be removed to set the time when reinstalling the top end. You'll need a long #3 phillips head bit to get to the screw behind the flywheel. PM me if you need any more help.

I want to put a stroker kit in my bike but the more and more i read about splitting the cases the less i want to do it. Not because i couldnt figure it out but because im just straight up lazy |
