Hey all:

New here, got my KLX 110 3 weeks ago, made a quick video of riding at our miniSX track. Stock bike (yes even suspension), except Renthal bars. Bartering for a dozer to come back out in a couple of weeks to fix a couple of the straights that don't work so well. Don't hate

Nice track! Looks like alot of fun. If your ever looking for someone to ride with let me know. I am just north of Grandrapids and working on a pretty cool track of my own. It would be done if I would quit buying parts for my bike.

We use the bartering system to get a dozer from a guy we know. We usually just have to pay for delivery / pickup costs / fuel... so it's like $100 for a couple days - week (which is real cheap). Some of the stuff is setup really really well, perfectly spaced, it'd pass for a real supercross track, but mini sized. Other sections of it needs to be redone to make it flow better, which is why we are getting the dozer back. I want to make some more step on-offs, technical fun stuff... and also a separate rhythm section for just jumping / tricks.

I see there are lots of people from michigan on here. I think someone should organize a get together, or a michigan backyard mini track series. I'll get with the kid that owns the land to see what he has to say about getting more people over. He lets us do what we want, so it shouldn't be a big deal?

really nice track i wish i had something like that (no land) but love to ride minis. your a really good and a smooth rider do you also ride big bikes?

Ridden a big bike once in my life (125-2 stroke KTM). I know absolutely nothing about big bikes, I usually just ride BMX bikes.

Track is in south of Coldwater, maybe 2 miles from I-69 exit 3. I got with the kid that owns the land, he currently works in the oil fields in Wyoming. He said he's coming back for a week in the summer, if they ever get a slow week... He's got the hookup on a big waterpump out there to bring back, so we can water the track (he has a pond close by). I told him I've found a bunch of people that want to come ride - he said 'make it happen.' I sent him a link to the video, he wants to come back home and ride real bad.

Sooo... once stuff gets fixed (wider / smoother / better flow), I'll set up a day on a weekend and we can rock out. This is the start of the backyard michigan minibike series I guess? I'll probably post something about it in the other forum that is more about the 'get togethers' when it comes time. Give me like a week or so to find out some more info. thanks for the comments.
