zokes will but not sure about swingarm. I dont think it will because of the battery box, the shock may hit it.

I was wondering the same thing myself about swingarm fitment. So they didnt change the geometry at all, just that theres electronics in the way? Cause Im going to be getting a new 110 and might end up getting a 2010 instead of a leftover 09, and in all my experiences with estart on minis (ttr50) it is a joke and needs to be removed. So I would like to know if I removed all the estart bs and cleared room for a shock if the 09 and prior swingarms would fit.

the mounting point for the swingarm on the frame i guess is lowered also so it might cause a few issues if trying to mount swingers from older models to a new 110 and might affect the shocks performance

your front fender wont fit on the zokes... to make it fit you will need to drill some new holes. And for the swingarm. you could cut the whole battery box plastic out
