klx has spark but wont run ,,,,even if you spray starting flied in it it wont even pop or (blow up) haha thats my next step

need help everyone any ideas

no compression ? timing off ? what did it do before this ? more info the easier to diagnose

i bought the bike and it wasn't running, but the bikes air box was on fire ,, i haven't done much just the norm stuff like clean the carb and got it to have spark now,changed the oil ,bike seems to have good compression,, i took the covers off the rockers and everything seems ok so far

pull the cam cover off and the ignition cover and see if its in time

out of time or keyway on the crank is broke letting the flywheel move around.probably just a 2.00 woodruff key

i will check the timing ,,,but with the cam cover off the cam and rockers seem to be working like then should

ill bet your carb is clogged if your airbox caught on fire.......

the carb was toast and so was the wiring harness ,its all been replaced with new wiring ,,and my buddys stock carb,,,man i should have took pictures of this this ,i didnt think it would be giving problems like this

i think the timing is off does anyone know where i can find out to set it on a web site other then goin to the dealer and picking up the manual
