To get hte KTM swingarm to work you have to cut out the pivot point were the bearings are in the end of the swinger.. after cutting those out. You have to cut the welds on the side of the swing-arm and cut about 1/4 of an inch from the outside edge to the inside edge on each side..

After doing all your cutting you have to bend both sides out (away from eachother) about 3/8-1/2 inch.. then when mocking it together.. the easiest way is to have everything on teh bike.. all put together and make sure your chain and sprockets will line up.. and tack them while its on the bike, making sure you dont melt the plastic peaces that go on the ends..

when i did myn i had put those peaces in the swingarm after cutting them out, and ended up rounding down the edges just so the actual swingarm was holding the pivot point together and made sure it was solid..

Also you have to move the shock mount on the swingarm to the left about 1/2 inch to 3/4 of and inch. but that is fairly easy..

Also i had added a 1/8 inch plate on either side of the shock mount to give it some more beef to hold to and smooth off the top..

The swing-arm conversition isnt bad at all it just takes time and you wanna do it right the first time.
