problem with seals in my marzocchis

I have been having a problem with my seals the past 2 months. The first time i had them replaced, they were good untill about 3 rides later then they slowly started to leak. I road it about 2 times after while they had a slow leak but still had oil in them. I just took them in to get new seals on and i got it back and they looked good and when i got home, they just randomly start leaking. Fluid is just running down and dripping onto the ground. It is a very slow leak and the seals look perfect. What could be going wrong? both seals are leaking too.

wrong seals, bad install, bur on the fork leg tearing seal, could be a ton of different things, take it back to the shop and have them fix it.

Your bushings could be worn out. Get the front end off the ground remove the front tire and wiggle the bottom of the fork if it has much movement your bushings are worn out.

ya im going to take it back. Just trying to see if this has happened to any of you guys before. At first i was thinking that my bottom fork legs might have been nicked up causing oil to leak but i cant find anything and have never ran the bike without fork guards.

Re: problem with seals in my marzocchis

make sure they arent overfilling them with fluid this would cause them to leak as well

oil dripping out onto the floor isnt a "slow" leak, thats a pretty harsh leak!

i dont think they could be over filling them cause it has a sticker with the specific amount of oil to put it on tsince i had them done by feal before for my weight. If i leave the bike out there tonight then come back tomrrow night there might be like 2 drops of oil.
