My Mood:  | Damm cost of living!
Every Christmas I go to the grocery store with the wife to do our big Christmas dinner shop. We have the same 25 or so people each year and the tab is usually $300-$400. This year $585 and I have yet to get the booze  It's basically the same 3 karts, damm this is starting to get crazy. I don't know how young people just starting out can survive and I hope by the time my kids come of age this is just a bad memory of how things were.

Like my grandpa said before he died-----------this world is full of greed which will make the bottom fall out worse than the depression(it has, he was right). Make sure you have a few chickens and plant allot of potatoes. He said if it wasn't for the chickens and garden he wouldn't of made it through the depression. He sold eggs for a penny and potatoes.

$260 today for the booze! I know for a fact that I bought the same bottle of Sambuka (spelling) last year for $32 and it was $45 this year. WTF
