| Hunting?
Are there any pm members that like to hunt. Where I live in Michigan we have some awesome Whitetail deer hunting and turkey hunting. Would be interested in trading hunts. You could come here and hunt deer or turkey and I could come wherever and hunt. Would like to deer hunt or pheasant hunt out west or down south. Open to any kind of legal hunting.

wish I lived closer to you, sounds like a good deal. We actually raised 500 pheasants on our farm this year and do a bit of deer hunting too. I would love to go turkey hunting, bird hunting is my favorite and my most expensive gun is my Benelli super black eagle II. no turkeys in my area though.

I like to squirrel hunt. We have both reds and grays here in southern IL. I will eat just about anything that doesn't eat me first. |

| Re: Hunting? Im in southeastern washington. close to pasco. we used to have lots of pheasants when we grew corn but now they are a little thinner so we got a bunch in the mail and rasied them hoping to bring the population up a bunch.

My Mood: | Re: Hunting? No, a squirrel is a vegetarian. They eat mostly nuts. I like squirrel stew, fried squirrel, and even BBQ'ed squirrel. I have been eating them for over 35 years. I don't hunt anything I do not plan on eating. Hell I had ox tongue with mushroom sauce last week...... |

I guess its just what people are use to. A lot of people have never eaten anything that was not from a can or package from a store or restaurant. If the food chain in this country ever broke down and people couldn't get there pre processed foods from the grocery store, I think 95% of this country would starve. I think people would be alot more healthy if they got some of that fast food garbage out of their diet. I was raised to respect the plants, animals and land I live on and that's around me. Its a way of life that has been passed on for many generations around here and it is a way of life that has served me well. | |

I bird hunt mostly, but go for deer as well. really into waterfowl and dove. there isn't any pheasants left around here to hunt but those make the best eating!
