Next thing, the sugar and caffeine peddling douchebags will be going after Ducati, Frankenstein, Dover Intl Speedway, job search pages... I wouldn't use that swill to wash dogzhit off my boots. If you need more energy, take mid-day naps

whats funny is everyone in the pitbike indusrty has almost helped them by buying monster energy decasl for at least one of there bikes or a bar pad or a sticker lol

i dont drink any energy drinks but... if you ever went to any ama national, monster gives away giant cans of monster free, all day. you can get as many as they want they will eaisily give away $90,000 of drinks away in one race. i will support them... but this is pretty bs

i guess if you go on Rock Art's website Monster dropped it because they must have realized all teh negative publicity they have been getting. I have been putting it on facebook and other forums i'm on. So hopefully if they still decide to do all that legal bull**** then they will not get their way.

i hate monster energy, i had one of the green label drinks and i had the shakes really bad

but i do love there graphics though(got em' on the yz). but ill just stick to my red bull drinks

. i would support my fellow new englander with his beer company, but i dont drink

. monster should just back off. this is like the whole vanilla ice ordeal.

It just goes to show you what kind of company Monster is. Not long ago they sued Monster cable for the same thing.

Monster is a no good greedy company that will sue anyone that uses the Monster name. For no reason but for money.

Like Terry said. I would not use that to wash the dog **** off of my boots.

In todays media world whose to say this entire story is not just another publicity stunt for more exposure.. I had never heard of the brewery until I read this.

Monster has been doing this kind of stuff for some time now. They will sue any one that infringes on the Monster name. This is not the first and wont be the last time.

If I was running there vinyl on any of my bikes. I would have the local media at a track tape me ripping it off with this guys vid attached to there news cast.

Monster really has some issues and I would never buy any of there products.

I cant say that...Monster has put alot of money into motocross...not saying they have not capitalized on it with lots of sales..... but I have seen many other corporate industry's do worse than this....and do not get me started on the politicians that run this world.

they are looking to lose more in court than any extra profit they turn by getting 65,709 people to watch a youtube video

they need the exposure, maybe someone who can do something will help after they see the video.
