That's odd cause I ordered some parts from them a few weeks ago and the woman on the phone was awesome to deal with. Also the parts came in 4 days to N.J.!

I guess every company has it's moments though

Care to explain?

I ordered two sets of ferodo pads and today they come the rear are there platinums and the fronts are argentos(Barely better if at all than OEM Honda pads) so i call her and say i dont want them call me anal but i was assuming i would be getting a matched set(I might have just let it go if the platinums had been for the front) So i tell her if i knew they were argentos i would have passed.But anyway i tell her i feel they should update there catalog or let people know and i want to return them so she tells me i have to pay a 25% restocking fee.........They are guilty of ommission at the very least why should i pay? Then they start telling you crap you know isnt true"They dont make platinums for the front" *******s!!

If you didn't specifically ask which pad type you were getting when you ordered... your fault for not checking, suck it up and pay the restocking fee. They don't specify compound in the catalog or on the site, so it's up to you to verify that before you purchase.

What you are describing sounds like false advertisement; on their website does it say "may vary, ask for availability" or anything?

and as far as her saying they don't make platinums for the front, maybe she just did not know, I would not blame her for that, that sounds like an honest mistake.

what are you going to do?

Oh great now i open the 24mm flatslide carb kit and the "high performance intake" Is a cobbled yamaha manifold not the one pictured in the catalog these people are scumbags the holes they drilled into it are even a little off ****! and it looks like somethig was ground off the intake side like a built in reed stuffer like on the kitaco manifolds...Off the top of my head i would say its a modified YSR manifold......Its a cobbled piece of crap........Thousands of dollars of goods from japan and nothing ever like this!The intake takes the prize with the cockeyed holes drilled in it i will post pics over the weekend My kitaco manifold looks like a piece of the space program compared to this rigged piece of crap..........Now i am wondering if the 24mm Flatslide is a real Mikuni i have never seen one close who knows?

a little word to the wise, using proper grammar and punctuation marks works wonders for your arguments sake. all i got out of those post was blah blah, im 12/and or didnt pass 7th grade, blah blah. if youre gonna berate someone for christs sake at least try to make yourself look good.

what is the world coming to?
