Lots of people have been asking so here is photo of the first LXR 17/14 off the line... I will write up the dimensions shortly but it has a 49" wheelbase. The frame and swing arm are larger on the than the LXR 14/12. So you get increased travel. The bike is a little bit smaller than most 85.

I would say, Not! It wont be legal in any 12" class. the ttr125 and klx 125s have been around for some time.

Same fork just the frame is longer and upper bar raiser has a drop as well.

we will have stock first of Jan, I am sorry I dont think we will have Green in ca, just red.

This is the same chassis setup as the LXT (Trail) 17/14 and LXM (Motard) 14/14 will be running. Both LXM and LXT feature full lighting kits as well. These bikes use a different upper triple clamp as well to allow for more front suspension tuning.

Gary, looks pretty good. I'm not bashing, afterall you did get to the 49 wheelbase, (yz85 is 49.5) so good deal there. Just looks a bit funky with the undersized plastics and seat. How long is the head tube? i.e. would the 85 clamps etc fit?

I all ready have a klx125 with the 85 forks, shock, bbk, not quite as trick as Hacks, but pretty nice. I was hoping to replace with this new 17/14 for my duaghter, should be quite a bit lighter. maybe you can tweak it mid year/next year for the complete package.

you 14/12 is sweet and what you and NCC are doing for making the 110 a 65 killer derserves lots of respect. I,m sure the 14/17 will perform great, just seems a bit incomplete....

still kickng my 07 x4, having a blast, even with blown forks, need to upgrade soon

Well my klx 125 weighs in at 180lbs and i bet this bike weighs in near 145lbs.
