Here is a YX (head casting and cam made in china) 4V head with all internal parts made in Italy. Valves made by one special steel fusion without welding, chrome treatment.

You can buy the full 4V kit with a 60mm piston kit and gaskets or just buy the replacement valves.

Now here is what sucks, currently the Euro is almost $1.50 and obviously these are coming in from Italy... maybe once the USD can even out a bit we would be in business but for right now it looks like this is a really good thing for guys overseas but will cost some bucks if you want to run one of these in the USA.

Prices - Complete 4V kit for your YX 150/160cc is 690 Euros which as of today is $993.
Valve kit only made in Italy - $430 as of today.

do you think this would perform better than the v2?
