What it will include -

3 step hand Porting and polishing service on any mini 4 stroke cylinder head. Valve heads polished (spun in lathe), disassembly of your head before porting and re-assembly after porting, 2-3 day priority mail return shipping included in this price.

i would like my stock 110 head done! and can i have you lighten the flywheel for it too? you dont list that you will lighten a flywheel for a 110. so to have the head work AND the flywheel work it is only 135 dollars?? what about the intake manifold? do you port that to match the intake port? if you charge for the intake matching, can i trade the cam cover for the intake matching?

should i tell you that i am running a 143 with cam, and a vm26?

im very interested in this service at this price

We dont have a jig made up for the 110 flywheels to be cut, so this is only for import and Honda flywheels. Yes of course send your intake manifold a long, this is a given and we match to the head.

Whoever wants to get in on it and is ready, shoot me a PM.

I am giving this a "winter tear down is coming" bump, I always seem to do more heads when people aren't antsy to ride every day. If your bike is sitting in the garage when it gets colder out and you want a cost effective proven increase in power when you fire it back up send your head in to me and let me do my porting work to it.

Still $95, includes priority mail return shipping, and turn around time will still be around 2 days here.

I will make it better, the next 10 KLX style heads and 10 chinese CRF style heads (larger round cam cover) I get will all get FREE AHP billet cam covers with the porting work.
