I once was riding a 50 with Marzocchi forks, I scrubbed a double and overshot it a bit, landing at the bottom of the lip of the next jump which was a table. The bars went completely forward and the throttle went completely back, causing the bike to be pinned. I tried to save it but I was airborne before I could stop the bike. A few hours in surgery, a plate and 7 screws in my ankle later I was back in one piece. I know have a ankle that bugs me 24/7 and have arthritis setting in.

Moral of the story - BUY THIS PART!

I would definitely anodize them black though, they would look 100% better.

^^^ I had that happen on my bmx bike and my throat came down and slammed off the bar clamp cause the bars slid forward after landing a harsh jump

Almost slit my juggular it was so close they had to glue it doc said its so close he doesnt even want to try to stitch it!!

- These are slightly less then twice the weight of the stock Marzocchi mounts. Our goal was to create a stronger and more durable part here. So yes, they are a bit porky but a few ounces is worth it to spare a DNF, or as it turns out, a trip to the hospital.

- While I can appreciate a couple of the benifits of the Reeg clamp. Higher bar mount position and larger rider cockpit area. Anytime you put the bars that far in front of the forks you are asking for trouble in cornering, stability and overall handling.

- These are the same height as the stock Marzocchi set. It seems with all the bar options out there that this was the best way to go.

- Only for the Marzocchi 50 clamps. Will not fit Marzocchi 110 clamps. Slipping bars in the Marzocchi 110 clamps doesn't seem to be much of a problem. We will have at least one option for guys with 110's in the coming weeks. See the attached photos. Features slighlty wider clamping surface, 1 piece top bar strap, fits OS bars with removable 1" spacer to adjust bar height. Super trick clamps.
