I just got our Adjustable Cam Chain Tensioner back from my machinist. I have been wanting to make this product for a while but finally got it done.

Benefits of using an adjustable cam chain tensioner:

Adjusts the amount of Tension on cam chain: Less tension = less drag which = more HP
Locks in the amount of tension so that heat doesn't effect the adjustment of the cam chain tensioner's like the KLX110 OEM tensioner's have done.

Also, I just paid for my Advertising so please mods don't erase this post before checking with Nick about my status, because I know that you have to be an advertiser to be able to post this type of post. Thanks PM staff, I appreciate it.

Tell me what you think of the prototype for our race bikes:

NOTE: The body of the part is Billet Aluminum and the plunger adjuster is made out of Stainless.
