Firepower 192cc "Crate" Motors

I'm in the middle of putting together a pair (one pre-sold) of slingless YX 192's. Will be ready to ship by next weekend. After the one available is sold, there will be a 2-3 week lead time on these. Ain't no drop-shipped question marks here, ya see

Updated needle bearing cases and trans, piston squirter, bored for 65.5 BBK. Lifan 150 clutch cover, for oil filtering and trickness. Steel sleeve with generous wall thickness and full skirt, Akunar smooth-dome piston (best flame travel), modded lightweight ORK flywheel setup, proper assembly. Head plans are a new Honda port version with a little FPM tuning up (KLX pattern available too) and a black billet dressup kit. V2 could be put on at added cost, if you've got the grip strength 6 disk clutch, HD springs, improved kick gear ratio and gears. Everything gets double checked, shimmed, torqued, made RIGHT before shipping.

This big, reliable monster will make you forget all about those puny stop-gap 155cc jobs, even before they get axed for the next "best thing ever"

Tons of options are available. Some fat guy's even getting a 63x63 196cc torque monster, but that doesn't need shipped...

Base pricing will be $850 and will carry a FPM 30 day warranty.

Cool, does this price include shipping? Does this engine come with a lighting coil or carb?

I heard its posible to bore a 110 engine into a 225cc engine. Just has to be custom and problebly wont last long. lol

Shipping runs $30-40. Comes with lighting coil, but not carb. 28mm is the way to go. TB setup is complete, and $159

Just send me your cases for opening up. I'll ship them and the jug & slug back. If you find the gearing, I'll send back a stroker too

Re: Firepower 192cc "Crate" Motors

No reason a 192cc motor, put together with good parts, and assembled correctly, can't live a long and happy life.

Bigger is possible, but the $$/CC goes all to hell once you get in to the taller decks and stroker setups.

Slicks on a kart track is ALWAYS in season
