Frame Licensing Agrement TDK/Billetware

Tdk-Motovert is pleased to anounce that we have enterd into a formal
licensing agrement with Billetware Inc. to use billetwares Patented cradel
type frame. We are the first US pitbike distributor to seek and obtain this
license. We look forward to work jointly with billetware on future up coming
projects.

Re: Frame Licensing Agrement TDK/Billetware

First in the USA to offer a patented cradle or first to use a patent in conjuction with Billetware? OGM has had a patented licensed cradle frame with BBR for months now, so just looking for clarification.

Would it be possible to get the patent number for the cradle so we can all look at it?

sure enough, he got it... and 4 years ago too! It seems to read by the description of using a main tube for support structure of the peg bracket that it does not interfere, nor address the same style and function of the BBR perimeter. So it is entirely possible that they have one as well and they both can live together in sweet harmony.

isnt life grand.

TDK-Motovert - good for you guys in working WITH the guys that come up with some of this stuff and not just biting what another company can chew.

P.S. - to the other 80% of this thread that seems to be a waste of energy and time... you guys just keep going backwards on the maturity scale. Dam n if I was still a moderator I would clean up your garbage... again. Would someone please come in here and clean up this mess. He is a paid advertiser and shouldnt have to put up with stupid sh!t in his post.

Congrates on doing things properly and don't mind the rude comments by some members toward you or other members. They aren't worth the worry.

Again, congratulations.

By far this company has the best class that I've seen in a long long time. It would seem that you are pioneers in a new world, who would have that that running things honestly and fairly is the right way to do things. Good job, I can't say it enough. Each time I see what you guys are doing the more I am impressed.
