Any parts for these motors yet..clutch or ignition covers..jugs/heads etc?

What would shipping be to 44240? for the 90cc elec start motor? And what else is required to use the electric start? A battery?

Remeber it is free shipping on orders of $100 on our web site to the lower 48.
