I like the first 3 a lot. They look great. And for the price you can't beat it. Those last 2 are alright....

the 4th and 5th bike look interesting. Why no prices on those? The 4th one looks similar to an Aprillia svx, they even tried to copy the exhaust. I am curious about the linkage. Please post more info if you get any.

Just a suggestion: Your going to have to lower the price of that first bike. The Pitster X4 is the same price and a lot more people will want to go with that because they don't know about SSR that much. Otherwise, these bikes look great. I really want to get on one. But I have no money as of now. |

thats why BBR has 1 right now (workz bike that is) Workz and BBR have worked (no pun intended) out a deal and they will be one of the only legit companys to sell that style frame in the US. look for a HOTTTT photo shoot with a workz bike in a few weeks

Anyone got the patent number in question, I wanna do some research. Last I knew BBR didn't have patents on a fixture, just an extrusion method, and the import frames definitely do not use the BBR production method.

Did some digging. Interestingly, I can only find two patents attributed to BBR, and both are merely design patents, not utility patents. I thought they had one for their extrusion process, but I can't find it. http://www.google.com/patents?vid=US...br+motorsports http://www.google.com/patents?vid=US...br+motorsports So, they do NOT have a patent on cradle frames, just the shape / look of their PF frames. A couple minor tweaks to the cnc program and the import frames can function the same and clearly not infringe. |
