Best Bars... Handle bars that is...

I'm building a CRF based mini motard/supermoto and need advice on handle bars. I'm running a set of Bombshell forks with a +1 frame... Will be used on both short and long tracks. I've heard the TAG mini play bars are good as well as the Pro Tapers (forgot which model) What are you runnin'?

What's your favorite handle bar and why...

I have used both the TAG Metals mini play and the ProTaper SE's. Now I am using the P3 BMX bars. For MX style bars I like the ProTapers first followed closely by the TAG Metals. The P3 bars are tall (7.5") and have more sweep back. They are also about 1" narrower on EACH side than the other two bars. So it all depends on what your looking for.

I like my TAG miniplay bars. The P3 are also nice. You probably want a shorter bar for your setup though.

I run the P3's with a bbr clamp on my motard bike. Strongest bars on the market.

I really like the ProTaper SE's, but Sik50s MX bar has the same bend and is cheaper....thick bar too.

Ryan Nyquist Signature bars From HARO. They only work with narrow clamps though.

I'm run'n the S&M bikes , Beringer LT's on my motard . It's 27" wide to handle after-market levers and kill switch with room to spare and 8" tall . I'm also run'n the DK bar ends to save the bars + throttle from gett'n wrecked when go'n down . I've already personally crash low sided twice with no ill affects . I personally like the look of the bars be'n more narrow at the bottom unlike my Pro Taper SE's .

i use pro tapers with my LT6's. strong as ****. crashed a dozen times....... 2 times REALLY hard and there it no bending to them.

i run a mx style and they arent very high, but im a roadracer and i just feel more comfortable with them a little lower.
