Hi, just got a fox float for my motard.
I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on settings for a 140 pound rider.

A-Style swinger I hope........

On pavement my daughter's is set at about 150psi, half way between 4-5 on the ring, and depending on the track surface 1/3 slow to 1/2 fast on rebound. With leather suit and other gear she is weighing in at around 150lbs.

rebound is just dialing it in till you like the response, super simple........ fast is way to fast! although on ice we have both of ours at almost full fast
