I'm trying to find some 12" street tires for my mini build, prefer something nice and sticky for racing. Problem is my rims are 1.4 and 1.85 inches wide. What tires will fit on these things without being too pinched?

I know most of you will say I should just get some wider rims, but I'm trying to do a budget build here, so I'd like to make these work if possible.

I dont know if its a good race tire but it looks good-continental zippy

Dunlop TT92 100/90R12s will work well on those rim widths. They pinch up, but the sidewall is tall enough that it doesn't really wreck the profile.
