I'm looking to replace my current pipe and would like your input... I'm running a TB117 build and with my current pipe, that has a 1" OD header, it seems "choked off" like it's trying to breath through a bar straw... What do you recommend?

I have the Pro Circuit pipe on my 117 and I love it. A bit biased tho cause I've never had any other pipe on it besides the stocker. I'd say the bigger the better for a street pipe no? Try a FMF 4.1!

Seems to me, I've seen a pipe with a very large diameter header. Is this the Force?

Dan, the 4.1 rips, love it! On the street it'll stay looking sharp and when you repack it you can always have it ceramic coated. |

That pipe is HUGE!! If you get a chance... can you tell me what diameters all the steps in the O.D.'s are? Also... I'm running a Tak Special clutch... Do you happen to know if this will fit without interference with the cover mounted cable stay and lever?

Well... I went with the Ti Force pipe!! The FMF pipe came in a VERY close second. What swayed m decision was the Ti construction and that the FMF almost looks too fat... We'll see what happens when/if the weather ever clears up!!! I'm really hatin' rain right now!!!

Here she is... ![]() The Ti Force has a very low, throaty rumble at idle, but barks when you crack the throttle wide open!! My neighbor, who did not know of the new pipe, thought there was a new 110 cruising around... - Top end = GREATLY improved!!! With just the addition of the pipe and the carb jetted quite fat, it pulled right up and past my previous top speed to a new high mark of 73.4mph!!! (GPS verified) With correct jetting and a smaller rear sprocket, I sense another high mark in my near future!! 10 out of 10!! - Bottom end = Still pulls the front wheel in second with my lard butt in the seat. Right now, I see no reason to change my pilot or needle setting... 10 out of 10!! So far... - Fit and finish is EXCELLENT!!! I've always been a sucker for trick titanium and this pipe tripped my trigger!!! Installation had no surprises what so ever!! The only one little "nit pick" is that the heat shield is spot welded on and not bolted. Welds were as near to perfect as I've ever seen. And the almost "brushed" finish is starting to "rainbow" very nicely at the head pipe!! All things considered... I think I made a wise choice!! I want to thank supernes550, for the "arm twisting" pics!! And thanks also goes out to Ken, and all the fine folks at Orient Express Racing for their fine service and lightning fast speed in which they got the pipe delivered!!
