| Re: Steering dampers Because 10's are super twitchy and just a slight nudge moves things fast...really fast. I used to have some shots of mine, just a linear type from my bottom triple to a post on the main frame tube. For indoor motard its almost always on it's stiffest setting. I'll see if I can find the pics...

if not, you can tighten down all the bolts on your steering stem, it makes a cheap one that works ok.

Anyone know if Ohlins makes one for a crf50 for a crf70 front end set up. Cause I have been curious about getting one on my new build cause 80+ MPH on 10" wheels is SCARY!!! Lol

The reason to put a steering stablizer on is for two reasons..you like to do wheelies and such, or two, the bike is twitchy at speed. I purchased one and figured I'd need it for my ct70's since they both can hit 80. Well, I never used it. They are good to keep you from getting tank slappers. Also, they can be used vertically, if you have pogo shocks to keep the rebound from bouncing. I have mine on ebay as we speak. |

If you are a knee drager you will like having one on your bike parts unlimited has a universal stabilizer in 4 different sizes short=280mm standard=310mm long=345mm XL=375 they run about 130.00 and work great, you will need to fab a fork leg bracket |
