I am currently running the 165bbk. I am going to swop head, carb etc to the 192. How will this affect the jetting. Just want to order some jets with the motor.

Being in South Africa, and not knowing your exact setup, any answers given will be wild, uneducated guesses. Get it assembled and run briefly, and go from there. Not a bad idea to have a few each way from stock for condition changes.
Compression, cam, all sorts of things will affect jetting.

Just wondering if the jetting should go richer or leaner in theory.
