Brake Master Cylinders and Brake Lines

Alright, so i busted off my chink front brake lever. A new chinese replacement looks like this:



I don't think any ASV's come like that. I am considering if i should slap a Jap (cr/yz/kx/rm) master cylinder on there.

Now, my problem is that I don't know jack about brake lines. I want to continue to use my existing line but I don't know if fittings will match up. Are all of these lines standardized for all makes and models? Can I replace the fittings on the end of the line? Any insight would be appreciated, thanks.
