Yep. Seemed to be a problem with the first generation cases. I have one and it hasn't happened yet but when and if it does I won't be pissed it's the way of the Chinese products. Just buy upgraded cases and keep rollin'.

Over and over... The upgrade kit is $105, free shipping. Comes with the upgraded case half, output shaft and gear cluster, gaskets. I keep pre-bored sets in stock.

lol... Ricky, I have a bucket of busted to hell Honda parts here, too. It IS smaller than the tote-o-trash with China parts in it, though.

when you buy the case kit be careful. my brother bought one and it was packaged improperly. go over all the parts before you attempt to use them.

Sorry, my site's sorta a jumble right now. It's scheduled for a major make-over between Christmas and New Years. Mrs Fire Power is in charge of that. I just spin the wrenches

You can PM me, or call 810-964-1665
I can send you an invoice through PayPal.
I personally hand-check all orders, so you'll get the right parts.
Check your idler and rear basket gear too, since they get beat up in the process, often. In stock.
