Sounds like jetting ur on the pilot tell about 3/4 throttle make sure nothing is clogging your main jet..... If nothing is clogging it u would try moveing ur needle up one position

IF it was running OK before ... check your valve clearances ... An inlet valve that's not sealing can cause symptoms that mimic carb problems ... Also drain the float bowl into a glass to check the fuel as water can cause similar symptoms to what you're describing ... It sits in the bowl and gets lifted into the emulsion tube as the revs and suction increase causing spluttering and bogging ... When you back off , it drops back into the bowl ...

I have had problems with the clutch on a similar engine, and you want to know how i fixed it from sticking? I revved the piss out of the bike, in front of a wall put it in gear with the clutch pulled, and never had a problem again. That was on a orion bike. But same engine. Unstuck the clutch and it worked fine after that. But before you try that you may want to make sure its adjusted correctly...

my lifan did the exact same thing to the "t". i checked my valves and could not even get a gauge in there. i adjusted them to .004 or what ever the 4 on the gauge is and it absolutely screams. do it and your motor will thank you
