| How Much Oil In X2 Forks
hey all, doing an oil change in my x2 forks, and was wondering what do most people run as far as oil height. I put roughly 125cc's of oil in each fork. It seemed like there was more like 100cc's stock, but not too sure. I am a 160 lb. intermediate rider. thanks cory |

90cc 15 wt. I would not recommend anything heavier than 15 during the winter, the forks will rebound too slow.

I am 180. I used 100cc's of 20wt year round. Then just adjust rebound per the season

well i ended up redoing the forks. I am goin to try 10w that i had sitting around, and see how it goes. I backed the nut off the spring 2mm and set the clickers out 8 clicks. I am going to take it to an indoor track here in michigan tommorow night. See how she performs.

The more oil the harder they will be to bottom out (too much and you could blow the seals). I had X2 staggs forks on one of my bikes and used 20wt oil and I could not get my forks to rebound fast enough but it was Oct in utah so cool temps. I personally found 15wt to be best for my riding style. Oh yeah I weigh 185lbs.
